We believe that good things come from hard work and going the extra mile. Thatâs why we are committed to the entire process of raising beef from breeding - finishing to ensure that we are bringing you high quality beef that is raised with humane animal husbandry practices. Weâve selected the black angus breed for itâs consistently superior flavor profile and tenderness.
Our black angus herd roams and grazes on Minnesota green pastures during the warm summer months, forages on feed we grow and bale for the winter, and finishes on grain for extra flavor. We work with our trusted local butcher to implement humane, old-world butchery practices (one animal at a time), and dry-age the beef up to 21 days. Dry-aging adds depth of flavor and extra tenderness to the beef.
We pack boxes regularly for our local community throughout the week; think of us as your own personal beef shop! During the summer months we host a market at our Beef Barn, fun family events, a cattle tour + more!
